Global Manex FFP Change Delivery Lead (f/m/d)

The Global Manex FFP Change Delivery Lead position is part of Syngenta Crop Protection, a Swiss‑based leader that develops science‑driven and digital crop‑protection solutions to safeguard food supplies and promote sustainable farming. The role sits within the company's Manufacturing Excellence function and is responsible for steering the implementation of the Syngenta Production System (SPS) across Formulation, Filling & Packing (FF&P) sites worldwide. On a daily basis the lead will translate the global FF&P manufacturing strategy into concrete road‑maps for each site, work with plant leaders to build the people and process capabilities needed for transformation, and ensure that cost efficiency, innovation, quality and output are continuously improved. Core duties include rolling out SPS standards, coordinating long‑term production plans, delivering customer‑oriented results, managing a dispersed team of specialists, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement through coaching, standardisation, and disciplined use of SPS tools. The position requires at least five years of experience in a scientific or engineering discipline related to production performance or Lean leadership, together with a university degree (BSc or MSc) in Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Chemical Sciences or an equivalent five‑year technical qualification. Candidates must have a strong background in manufacturing project and programme management, proven ability to lead large‑scale change initiatives, and a record of building manufacturing capability and coaching teams. Essential skills also include expertise in production performance, maintenance and Lean methods, the capacity to analyse and present complex data, and excellent communication and stakeholder‑influence abilities. Fluency in English is mandatory, and the role demands flexibility to travel up to half of the working time. Additional assets valued by Syngenta are proficiency in another language, which would support collaboration across the global network.
