Cybersecurity Architect - Zero Trust

Cogify Group, a Swiss‑origin firm that blends consulting, artificial intelligence, software engineering, cybersecurity and digital product expertise, is expanding its security practice and seeks a Cybersecurity Architect focused on Zero Trust. The position sits at the crossroads of business, security, technology and delivery, translating client security needs into workable designs and guiding their implementation. In this role you will evaluate customers’ current IT and security landscapes, pinpoint risks and gaps, and craft Zero Trust and broader enterprise security target architectures. You will produce roadmaps and implementation concepts, advise on strategy and technology choices, and lead workshops and architecture discussions. Collaboration with cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure, DevOps and software engineers is essential to move designs into real‑world deployments, while also helping to evolve Cogify’s own security service portfolio. The ideal candidate brings solid experience in cybersecurity architecture, engineering or consulting, with deep knowledge of Zero Trust principles and frameworks such as NIST SP 800‑207 or the CISA Zero Trust Maturity Model. Proficiency in IAM, ZTNA, SASE, network segmentation, cloud and endpoint security, as well as the ability to assess and select security products, is required. Strong grasp of enterprise networks, identity, authentication and cloud environments, coupled with the skill to convey complex security topics to both business and technical audiences, is essential. Fluency in English or German is mandatory. Additional assets include certifications like CISSP, CCSP, SABSA or ISSAP, familiarity with solutions such as Microsoft Entra ID, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco, Cloudflare or CrowdStrike, and experience with Azure, AWS or Google Cloud. Experience in regulated or security‑sensitive settings and knowledge of German, French or other languages are advantageous.
