Manager - Financial Accounting Advisory Services - Geneva

EY is seeking a Manager for its Financial Accounting Advisory Services in Geneva, joining a firm that guides more than 300,000 people with purpose‑driven work in audit, tax, transaction and management consulting. The FAAS team helps finance departments tackle challenges such as measuring value, supporting digital change, shaping strategy, and improving controls, while also assisting with transactions like acquisitions, carve‑outs and IPOs. In this role you will aid clients in rolling out new accounting standards and reshaping their finance function, reporting processes and operating model to balance efficiency, effectiveness and control. You will work closely with EY’s Swiss FAAS leadership to craft and execute client‑specific strategies, coordinate with specialists across departments to deliver integrated services, and ensure that deliverables are clear, accurate and aligned with client expectations. Timely, regulatory‑compliant delivery and the pursuit of new FAAS project opportunities are also key parts of the daily work. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree together with a relevant professional qualification such as Swiss Certified Accountant, CPA or ACCA, and bring six to eight years of audit or consulting experience, including recent IFRS expertise. The role requires a proactive, flexible, team‑oriented mindset, strong intellectual curiosity, and the ability to build and leverage networks in a fast‑paced, international setting. Fluency in English and French is essential.
