Head of Sales – Elus Platform

Evooq builds an operating system that streamlines modern wealth‑management workflows, combining risk analytics, investment advice, structured‑product tools and compliance into a single suite. The company serves demanding banks, cantonal and private institutions, as well as independent asset managers across Europe and Asia, and is looking for a Head of Sales to champion its Elus structured‑products platform. The role centres on selling this enterprise software to large financial organisations, guiding prospects through long sales cycles that typically last six to twelve months. Daily activities include qualifying leads, conducting discovery workshops, coordinating demos with pre‑sales engineers, overseeing proof‑of‑concept or pilot phases, constructing business cases, steering procurement discussions and finalising contracts. The incumbent will also develop expansion strategies for existing customers, manage multi‑stakeholder decision processes, keep the CRM up to date and represent Elus at industry conferences to generate new opportunities. Candidates must have a proven record of closing enterprise SaaS or platform deals of at least CHF/EUR 300 k ARR, acting as the primary deal owner rather than a support function. Experience selling technology with extended procurement and legal steps, and the ability to follow a structured sales methodology such as MEDDIC, SPIN or Challenger, are essential. Fluency in English is required; French or German adds significant value. The ideal profile includes prior work with capital‑markets technology vendors or fintech firms serving institutional banking clients, and the capacity
