Operational Maintenance Manager

The Operational Maintenance Manager will oversee the operational maintenance team, ensuring efficient planning, training, and support for maintenance activities. This role involves close collaboration with the Maintenance Methods team to align priorities and address on-site needs. The manager will develop, implement, and oversee the preventive maintenance plan for production equipment and utilities, ensuring timely corrective maintenance to meet internal client needs. Additionally, the manager will coordinate annual technical shutdowns, ensure client satisfaction, and maintain compliance with ISO 13485, ISO 9001, GMP/BPF, and relevant regulations. External service providers, subcontractors, and equipment suppliers will also be managed to support maintenance activities. The role involves improving maintenance services in collaboration with the Maintenance Methods team. The main responsibilities include managing and supervising the operational maintenance team, ensuring effective planning, training, and support. This involves maintaining close collaboration with the Maintenance Methods team to align priorities and address on-site needs. The manager will develop, implement, and oversee the preventive maintenance plan for production equipment and utilities, ensuring timely corrective maintenance to meet internal client needs. Additionally, the manager will coordinate annual technical shutdowns, ensure client satisfaction, and maintain compliance with ISO 13485, ISO 9001, GMP/BPF, and relevant regulations. The role requires a university degree, EPF, HES, or equivalent, with a minimum of 15 years of experience in maintenance. Experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device sector is essential, as is proven experience in team management. Strong service orientation and the ability to resolve urgent issues are crucial. Fluency in French and intermediate proficiency in English are mandatory. Nice-to-have skills include a strong sense of service and the ability to resolve urgent problems.
