Netflix is seeking a Dutch‑speaking Customer Service Agent to assist its subscribers from a home‑based office in Greece. The position is full‑time and involves handling inquiries for the streaming platform while enjoying the Mediterranean setting. The day‑to‑day work consists of responding to customer questions remotely through telephone calls, email messages and online chat sessions. Netflix provides comprehensive training so agents can quickly become proficient in the required tools and processes. Candidates must demonstrate C1/C2 proficiency in Dutch, both written and spoken, and possess a strong command of English.
