Real Estate Agent

McCone, a family-run real estate company in Dubai, is seeking a Real Estate Agent to assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. The company provides leads, marketing, a CRM system, and the necessary licence, while the agent is responsible for earning clients' trust, showing them the market, and closing deals. The main responsibilities involve finding clients, building trust, and closing deals. The role requires a significant amount of self-motivation and discipline, as agents work on a commission-only basis with no salary or draw. The role is ideal for those ready to relocate to Dubai within one to three months or already living there. A driving licence is essential for conducting viewings across the city. No prior property experience is required, as the company offers an academy to train agents from the ground up. What the role asks for: - Ready to relocate to Dubai within one to three months, or already here - Around six months of savings to live on while you build a pipeline - A driving licence - Hunger and discipline - No property experience required
