Strategic HR Projects Specialist

We are looking for a Strategic HR Projects Specialist to join the Talent & Employee Experience Team. In this role you will shape and roll out HR initiatives that link strategy with employee experience, working closely with senior leaders and regional partners. Your day‑to‑day tasks include designing and executing global HR projects, turning business demands into concrete actions that boost talent attraction, engagement and retention, and turning HR data into actionable insights. You will also craft concise presentations for varied audiences and steer multiple projects from scoping through delivery while collaborating across Talent Management, Employee Experience and Early‑Career programmes. The position requires a university degree in Business Administration (Bachelor's or Master's) and three to five years of hands‑on HR experience. A background in consulting, preferably with exposure to strategic HR transformation in a multinational setting, is essential. You must have a proven track record of managing projects that involve several stakeholders, a strong analytical mindset that converts data into practical plans, and the ability to work autonomously with an entrepreneurial, solution‑focused attitude. Proficiency with digital recruitment channels and tools such as LinkedIn, career‑site CMS, Canva or Adobe is also required, as is business‑level fluency in both German and English.
