CVP of Design

The company is seeking a CVP of Design to own the end‑to‑end design vision and execution across its entire product portfolio. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, this senior leadership role sets the overall design strategy, scales a high‑performing global design organization, and ensures that every product delivers a cohesive, exceptional experience for both developers and enterprise customers. The CVP will translate customer insights and market trends into concrete design decisions that drive measurable business impact. In day‑to‑day work, the CVP of Design partners closely with product management, engineering and executive leadership. Responsibilities include defining design standards, guiding cross‑functional design teams, championing user‑centered research, and overseeing the creation of UI/UX assets that align with Sonar's brand and technical constraints. The role also involves mentoring senior designers, establishing design processes that support rapid, high‑quality delivery, and measuring the impact of design initiatives against business goals.
