To qualify for this role, candidates must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration and at least 3-5 years of experience in an operational HR role. Experience in a Consulting role, particularly with strategic transformation of HR in a global corporate environment, is essential. The role requires strong analytical skills to translate data and insights into actionable plans, as well as the ability to manage projects with multiple stakeholders. Business fluency in German and English is a must. Nice-to-have skills include experience with digital channels and tools such as LinkedIn, careers pages, CMS, Canva, and Adobe tools.
