Compliance Officer - Onboarding Corporate

Swissquote, Switzerland’s leading digital bank with more than 1,400 employees across Europe, the Middle East and Asia, is looking for a Compliance Officer to join its Onboarding Corporate team. The bank offers a full suite of financial services to over a million clients worldwide, from trading and investing to everyday banking, and prides itself on a fast‑moving, innovative culture. In this position you will examine corporate account‑opening requests—including active and passive companies, trusts, collective investment schemes, financial institutions and external asset managers—from an anti‑money‑laundering and counter‑terrorist‑financing perspective. Your work will also cover tax‑compliance checks such as FATCA, QI and CRS, the preparation of internal memoranda for high‑risk clients, and the refinement of internal procedures. You will contribute to regulatory projects, advise front‑office teams and foreign entities within the Swissquote Group, and help shape guidelines and processes. The role requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in law or economics, or equivalent banking experience, together with three to five years in a comparable AML/CTF compliance function dealing with complex corporate structures. Candidates must possess solid knowledge of AMLA, AMLO‑FINMA and CDB 20, and be proficient in both French and English, with strong analytical, organisational and written communication abilities. Experience in Swiss regulatory audits or with the Big 4 is considered a plus. Additional assets include familiarity with FinSA, FinIA and CISA, fluency in extra languages, and the ability to thrive in a multicultural, technology‑driven environment.
