Head of Product Management

Flyability, a Swiss pioneer in indoor‑inspection drones, is looking for a Head of Product Management to lead its product organization from Lausanne. Reporting to the Chief Technology & Product Officer, you will build and coach a six‑person team of product managers and UI/UX designers, embed modern discovery and data‑driven processes, and translate the company’s vision into market‑ready solutions. Your day‑to‑day will involve shaping user insights, defining outcome‑focused requirements, overseeing cross‑functional alignment with engineering and commercial groups, and occasionally taking a hands‑on role in testing or steering specific products. The position requires at least seven years of product‑management experience with disruptive deep‑tech B2B offerings—hardware‑plus‑software is especially valued—and a proven record of scaling products that generate multi‑million‑dollar revenues. You must have three or more years of direct people‑management experience, demonstrated ability to recruit, mentor and hold teams accountable, and expertise in contemporary product‑management methods and analytics. Fluency in English is essential; French knowledge is a plus. Travel up to 25 % of the time is expected. Flyability offers 25 vacation days plus public holidays, flexible schedules, up to two remote days per week, and a range of wellness and team‑building perks in a fast‑growing scale‑up environment.
