Hotel Service Crew

The position of Hotel Service Crew places you at a bustling holiday resort in Greece, where your role goes beyond simple serving to shaping the memorable atmosphere that guests cherish during their stay. Each day you will be involved in the rhythm of the restaurant, helping with breakfast, lunch and dinner service. You will set up tables and service stations before opening, keep the stations stocked, and work hand‑in‑hand with the kitchen and bar teams. While guests enjoy their meals, you will attend to their menu questions, deliver food and drinks, and stay alert during both calm periods and peak rushes, constantly moving to keep the flow smooth. The employer looks for candidates who are dependable, physically able to handle an active shift, and comfortable communicating in English. Prior experience in hospitality is a plus but not required; motivation, a friendly attitude and a willingness to learn are essential. The seasonal contract includes on‑site accommodation and meals, eliminating the need to find housing or worry about daily expenses.
