Camp de Base is seeking a Directeur/Directrice Relations Clients, Gestion de Fortune for an international wealth management group with decades of expertise in private banking. The company operates in a highly regulated environment, supervised by the FINMA, and focuses on long-term value creation and confidentiality. The main responsibilities of the role include managing client relationships from start to finish. This involves conducting client meetings, analyzing financial situations, and developing tailored strategies. The role also involves onboarding clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintaining a strong market and regulatory watch. Additionally, the position requires identifying commercial development opportunities and ensuring adherence to FINMA standards and internal guidelines. To qualify for this role, candidates must have proven experience in client relationship management, ideally in private banking, wealth management, or investment. A portfolio of existing clients to integrate and develop is essential, with no clients having a Russian nexus due to compliance requirements. Proficiency in English is mandatory. Nice-to-have skills include proficiency in German and/or Spanish. The role is based in Switzerland, with client travel expected. The position does not involve hierarchical management but requires a strong client orientation, a sense of confidentiality, and regulatory rigor. Autonomy, proactivity, and the ability to coordinate experts without hierarchical links are also valued.
