Technical Advisor

As a Technical Advisor you will support customers in strengthening their competitive edge by delivering high‑class services together with innovative products and solutions that protect global currency and security documents. Your day‑to‑day work involves guiding customers through product implementation and use, sharing technical knowledge, solving problems, and optimizing product performance to keep satisfaction high. You will also take part in developing new products and solutions within R&I projects and work with R&I, Regional Business Directors, Marketing and Manufacturing Operations to promote these innovations. Administrative tasks linked to the service and activities are also part of the role, and you should be ready to travel worldwide up to 50 % of the time. The ideal candidate holds an engineering degree in Chemistry or an equivalent qualification in the printing industry, with 3‑5 years of experience in the chemical or printing sector considered an advantage. Fluency in English and French is required, while German and Spanish are beneficial. You must be able to manage multiple tasks and projects, work independently in a fast‑paced team, and build credibility with internal and external stakeholders through strong ethics and customer orientation.
