Technology Integration Manager (all genders)

WIK Group is building a more tightly integrated, globally‑focused technology organization and seeks a Technology Integration Manager to turn its strategic vision into an operational reality. Based in Switzerland, the role sits directly under the Group CTO and bridges technology strategy with execution across Innovation, Advanced Engineering, Platforms, System Architecture, Product Development, Experts and Validation Labs, while initially leading a team of engineers in Germany. Each day the manager will shape practical governance structures, define decision rights and establish ways of working that connect innovation pipelines to platform and product streams. The job involves strengthening technical oversight throughout opportunity assessment, RFQ handling, product development and technology maturation, spotting and resolving structural bottlenecks, and delivering clear visibility on priorities, risks and capabilities to the CTO. Early responsibilities include setting the mission and operating model for Advanced Engineering, guiding technologies from feasibility through demonstrators to robust engineering solutions, encouraging reuse of architectures, and steering cross‑functional technology initiatives while keeping bureaucracy to a minimum. Candidates must hold a degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electronics, Systems Engineering or a comparable field and bring 12‑15 + years of experience in R&D, engineering, product or technology development of complex physical or electromechanical products. Proven leadership of engineering teams, a track record of moving concepts through maturation to product launch, and deep familiarity with product development, systems engineering, validation and industrialisation processes are essential. Experience establishing engineering governance or operating models, working in international matrix organisations and fluency in English are also required. Experience in consumer appliances, beverage systems or water systems is considered advantageous.
