Work in Portugal: Video Content Analyst (Accomodation Support Available)!

Join a worldwide social‑media initiative as a Video Content Analyst (Italian) based in Lisbon, Portugal. The team safeguards the platform by ensuring that short‑form videos and related media follow community standards. Your daily tasks will involve inspecting user‑generated videos, images, text and audio, removing any material that breaches policy, handling comment and post moderation, labeling and categorising content, and flagging recurring trends. You will also collaborate with policy and compliance groups when complex cases arise, while being prepared to encounter sensitive material such as violence, adult content, hate speech, fake news and other disturbing items. The role requires native‑level Italian (C1) and at least a B2 level in English. You must demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, solid analytical and decision‑making abilities, and the capacity to work autonomously. Comfort with repetitive work and the flexibility to cover rotating shifts are also essential. Prior experience in moderation or customer support is considered a plus. The position is full‑time (40 hours per week) with 8‑hour shifts plus a lunch break, and offers two compensation options: a lower base salary with company‑provided accommodation or a higher salary without housing.
