Specialist Internal Controls

MoonLake is a dynamic biotech company seeking a Specialist Internal Controls to support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of its internal control framework. The role involves documenting processes, assessing risks, performing control testing, and coordinating with various stakeholders. The Specialist Internal Controls will be responsible for maintaining the SOX 404 Internal Control Framework, performing periodic control testing, and evaluating control effectiveness. They will also support the assessment, tracking, and monitoring of control deficiencies and remediation activities. Additionally, the role involves assisting in annual risk assessments and coordinating with external auditors. To excel in this role, candidates must have a Master's degree in Finance or Business and at least 3 years of experience in Finance/Accounting. Experience in audit, either internal or external, is a plus. Strong skills in financial controls testing, risk management, and problem-solving are essential.
