Electrical Package Manager

To qualify for this position, candidates must have a strong technical background in electrical systems, including LV/MV distribution, UPS, generators, and life safety systems. Proven experience in managing electrical packages on large-scale projects is essential, along with strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills are also required. A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, along with relevant health and safety training, is mandatory. Nice-to-have skills include experience in life sciences, pharmaceutical, data center, or advanced manufacturing projects. Familiarity with commissioning and integrated system testing (IST) requirements, as well as knowledge of control systems and BMS integration, is beneficial. Experience with BIM and digital project delivery tools, along with commercial awareness, is also desirable. What the role asks for: - A degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or an equivalent technical qualification. - Proven experience in electrical project or package management on Tier 1 projects. - Relevant health and safety training (e.g. Safe Pass, CSCS or equivalent). - Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems including LV/MV distribution, UPS, generators, lighting, fire alarms and life safety systems. - Proven experience managing electrical packages on large-scale construction or engineering projects. - Strong leadership and organisational skills with ability to manage subcontractor performance. - Good knowledge of health, safety and environmental standards relevant to electrical works. - Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. - Experience in life sciences, pharmaceutical, data centre or advanced manufacturing projects (nice to have).
