Kanadevia Inova Machine Learning Engineer

As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will develop and operate AI/ML solutions, turning prototypes into scalable, production-ready applications. Your work will directly contribute to creating value from waste, aligning with the company's mission of sustainability and innovation. Your main responsibilities will include designing, implementing, and maintaining end-to-end MLOps pipelines. This involves training, validating, deploying, monitoring, and retraining machine learning models. You will collaborate with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Software Engineers, Product Managers, and business stakeholders to deliver AI solutions. Ensuring reliability, security, compliance, data integrity, performance, and governance throughout the machine learning lifecycle is crucial. Additionally, you will monitor and optimize model performance, troubleshoot production issues, and support continuous improvement while mentoring less experienced colleagues. To excel in this role, you must have an MSc in Computer Science or a related STEM field with a strong computer science focus, along with experience in agile software development environments. Strong Python programming skills and hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn are essential. A solid understanding of MLOps practices, including model deployment, versioning, monitoring, and lifecycle management in production environments, is required. Experience with cloud platforms (preferably Azure), containerization technologies (Docker), APIs, databases, and distributed systems is also necessary. Knowledge of data engineering and data processing frameworks is advantageous. Experience with industrial IoT, time-series data, computer vision, or Physics-AI solutions is a plus.
