This role acts as the interface between national and international customers, Fides, and the banks, coordinating projects and solving challenges with internal specialist departments. The main day-to-day responsibilities include managing a project portfolio with a high degree of independence, requiring strong self-employment and self-organization skills. The role involves flexible working hours and the ability to handle complex technical concepts and apply logical, data-driven thinking. The project manager will also need to forecast and plan, recognizing potential future risks and supporting experts in finding solutions. To qualify for this role, candidates must have a degree (Uni/ETH/FH) and/or basic training in fintech, IT, or a similar environment. Several years of experience as a (business) project manager, preferably in the fintech environment or payment industry, are required. Fluency in English (business fluent) and either German or French is mandatory. Experience in the financial sector, particularly in corporate treasury services, SWIFT, and international banks, is advantageous.
