To qualify for this role, candidates must have a technical master's degree in aerospace engineering, electronic engineering, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in the international space industry is required, along with a strong knowledge of aerospace and space industry standards, regulations, and safety requirements. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to manage diverse teams and complex projects. Nice-to-have skills include proficiency in German or French, in addition to very good English skills.
