Supplier Quality Engineer

Corintis develops cutting‑edge microfluidic cooling systems for AI chips, GPUs and CPUs that power data‑centre servers, helping major tech firms reduce the massive electricity use of traditional cooling. As a Supplier Quality Engineer you will join the Quality team to build and sustain a supply base capable of meeting the company’s expanding product portfolio and volume goals. In this position you will design, launch and keep up the core processes that govern supplier quality, from qualification criteria and quality agreements to change notifications and the transmission of engineering requirements. You will collaborate daily with Quality, Supply Chain, Project, Engineering and Manufacturing colleagues to guarantee product output meets standards, lead non‑conformance case management, conduct supplier audits and inspections worldwide, and own the end‑to‑end qualification workflow, First Article Inspection and PPAP submissions. Additional duties include handling supplier corrective actions, managing the Returned Material Authorization process, preparing procedural documentation, and working with the Verification and Laboratory team on RMA test methods. The role requires a technology or engineering degree and at least five years in supplier quality or a comparable QA function, with proven interaction with external agencies. Candidates must be versed in ISO 9001:2015, PDCA, Lean Six Sigma, DMAIC, non‑conformance control, 8D problem solving, and metrology practices aligned with NIST standards. Internal‑auditor training, knowledge of 5S, and strong MS Office skills are advantageous. The job is based on the EPFL campus in St. Sulpice, a multicultural environment of over 105 staff from 35 nationalities, offering a fast‑paced, autonomous setting where creativity and continuous learning are valued.
