Head of International Order Management - DIA Supply Chain

The Head of International Order Management will lead Roche's International Order Management department, a strategic pillar that drives end‑to‑end efficiency across the company's global supply‑chain network. Roche is a worldwide healthcare leader focused on developing medicines and diagnostics that improve lives for millions of people. In this senior role you will design, standardise and automate global order‑management processes, ensuring they meet strict export, customs and foreign‑trade regulations. You will monitor core Order Management KPIs, lead continuous‑improvement initiatives and steer cross‑functional project teams that connect internal stakeholders with external logistics partners. The position also requires presenting to Hub Operations leadership, regional supply‑chain heads and affiliate leaders to balance local needs with global harmonisation. The role demands a solid academic background and extensive hands‑on experience. You must hold a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related discipline, have at least seven to eight years of experience in international logistics and supply‑chain management, and possess deep knowledge of export and customs procedures as well as foreign‑trade law. Technical expertise in SAP ERP, proven project‑management capabilities and business‑level fluency in English are essential. Strong transformational leadership and interpersonal skills are required to motivate a cross‑cultural team spread across Switzerland, Germany and the United States.
