QC Laboratory System Expert LIMS

The company seeks a Laboratory Systems Expert LIMS to join the Patient Supply Quality Control team at their Bulle, Switzerland site. This role involves ensuring the operational support and continuous improvement of the LIMS system to maintain high-quality, efficient, and reliable quality control operations. The expert will bridge the gap between business teams and IT, drive system enhancements, and contribute to both local and global projects. They will align priorities with the strategic goals of Patient Supply Quality Control and the site, ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory requirements. The main responsibilities include providing operational support and ensuring the LIMS system's compliance. The expert will gather business needs and translate them into functional requirements, contribute to LIMS evolution and continuous improvement projects, manage documentation, training, and qualifications related to the system, and ensure adherence to GMP, Quality, and HSE requirements. Collaboration with IT teams and local and global stakeholders is also a key part of the role. To qualify, candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in science or equivalent experience in a relevant field. Experience with LIMS systems, preferably LabWare, is essential. Strong knowledge of analytical processes and laboratory activities, as well as experience with GMP and regulated computer systems, is required. Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken, is mandatory. The role demands excellent communication, collaboration, and priority management skills, along with a continuous improvement mindset, autonomy, and internal customer focus. Nice-to-have skills include familiarity with the interfaces and integration between LIMS and laboratory equipment, particularly for data transfer.
