UBS, a worldwide leader in wealth management and universal banking, is launching its 2027 Graduate Talent Programme for Global Wealth Management in Geneva. The initiative is designed for recent graduates eager to begin a career advising ultra‑high‑net‑worth individuals and families across France, Belgium, Monaco and Luxembourg, while learning the firm's culture, strategy and operational model. Participants will join the Geneva Global Wealth Management team and support client advisors and assistants on a variety of strategic initiatives. Daily tasks include collaborating with cross‑functional groups to enhance client experience, contributing to projects that boost engagement, and assisting in the delivery of tailored financial solutions. The role also offers exposure to senior leaders through educational sessions, mentorship from seasoned professionals, and the chance to rotate into another bank division during the 18‑month programme. The ideal candidate must have finished a bachelor's or master's programme no more than 18 months before the start date, demonstrate fluent written and spoken English, and embody UBS's core values of diligence, reliability, dedication and teamwork. Applicants should think strategically, communicate clearly, and thrive under demanding, deadline‑driven conditions. Evidence of responsible, experimental use of artificial intelligence to improve results is also required. While any academic discipline is acceptable, a genuine interest in finance is expected. The programme begins on 1 February 2027 and runs for a year and a half, combining formal training, the Wealth Management Essentials+ curriculum and internal AI fluency modules. Graduates will build a professional network, attend leader‑led events, and experience varied rotations that broaden their skill set.
