Julius Baer is a leading Swiss wealth‑management group that serves sophisticated private clients worldwide. Through its 18‑month Graduate Programme, beginning in April 2027, you will join the CFO's Treasury Corporate FX and Hedging Team, which is responsible for managing the bank's foreign‑exchange risk and hedge‑accounting activities. During the three rotations you will prepare the daily macro‑hedge FX position report, support month‑end closing for interest‑rate‑risk hedge accounting, and help test a new FX risk‑management tool. You will also assist in configuring and automating processes on the Murex MX.3 platform, work on the daily FX booking for the Singapore office, and deepen your knowledge of foreign‑currency accounting in the Group Accounting team, including SAP's MCA module and OCI translations. The role offers an international assignment in Singapore and a local stint with Group Accounting, giving you exposure to regional FX flows and the preparation of disclosures for the annual financial statements. The programme looks for candidates who have earned a master's degree with above‑average grades in financial accounting, reporting and economics, and who have graduated within the past twelve months. You should have already gained practical experience at a bank or corporate treasury where you used accounting skills, and you must be passionate about wealth management and creating value beyond wealth. Strong interpersonal abilities, fluency in English and the legal right to work in the country of application are also required. A global mindset and the willingness to learn are valued, and speaking additional languages is considered a plus. The position is based in Zurich with a rotation in Singapore, offering a supportive, flat‑hierarchy environment and mentorship from senior leaders. Julius Baer promotes continuous learning, flexible working arrangements and a broad benefits package, aiming to help you build a lasting career in wealth management. What the role asks for: - Master's degree with above‑average grades in Financial Accounting, Reporting & Economics - Graduated no more than 12 months ago - Practical experience at a financial institution or corporate treasury with accounting skills - Passion for wealth management and creating value beyond wealth - Excellent interpersonal skills - Fluency in English - Eligibility to work in the country of application - Additional languages (nice‑to‑have)
