Senior EGSE Engineer H/F

The Senior EGSE Engineer will be crucial in the development, integration, and delivery of Ground Support Equipment (EGSE). This role involves ensuring the performance, compliance, and availability of equipment throughout the lifecycle of space programs. The engineer will support Assembly, Integration, and Test (AIT) activities, coordinating technical tasks among various project stakeholders. They will also manage suppliers and subcontractors involved in the development of EGSE solutions. To qualify, candidates must have an engineering degree in Electronics, Automation, or Embedded Systems, along with at least 8 years of experience in EGSE development within the space, aerospace, or defense sectors. Experience working on space or satellite programs is essential. Fluency in English is required, with French being an additional asset. Knowledge of ECSS standards is also necessary. Knowledge of electrical, electronic, or software systems associated with test equipment is beneficial. Familiarity with software languages and environments such as Python, C/C++, LabVIEW, Linux, and Git, as well as space communication protocols like SpaceWire, CAN Bus, RS-422 / RS-485, and CCSDS, is a plus.
