Revenue Manager

As a Revenue Manager at Revenue Management Solutions (RMS), you will join a firm that equips restaurant brands with data‑driven analytics and technology to fine‑tune pricing, menus and overall financial results. RMS serves more than 50 leading brands across 40 + countries, helping thousands of restaurants navigate cost pressures such as inflation and labor. The position is fully remote, based in Switzerland, and sits within the European Consulting Services team under the Director of Consulting Services. Your everyday work will revolve around overseeing multiple franchise accounts, cultivating strong ties with corporate contacts, and collaborating with senior client leaders on pricing strategies. You will partner with your team to produce reports, presentations and analytical outputs, then convey the findings and actionable recommendations to franchisees and their management. Regular meetings with franchise partners will ensure they understand and apply the proposed revenue‑management tactics across both company‑owned and franchised sites. The role requires native‑level or full professional fluency in English, French and German, together with at least three years of experience in hospitality or retail. Candidates should have a background in account management, franchise relations, business development, operations or training, and be proficient with Excel and PowerPoint. Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder‑management abilities are essential, as are solid commercial, analytical and problem‑solving skills, the capacity to juggle several priorities, and a willingness to travel when needed. A bachelor’s degree in economics, business, hospitality or a related discipline is preferred, as is experience in key‑account consulting, analytics or revenue management.
