Project Construction Manager (French Speaking)

Kanadevia Inova, a worldwide innovator in waste‑infrastructure, turns discarded material into energy, heat, hydrogen, fertilizer and other valuable outputs. As a Project Construction Manager who speaks French, you will join a company that positions itself at the cutting edge of waste‑to‑X technologies and contributes directly to that transformation. In this position you will devise and oversee the erection schedule for each project, making sure health, safety, environmental standards, quality, timing and budget are all met. You will work closely with the Project Manager and HSMIC to align resource plans, assist site teams in meeting work‑package goals, and define and acquire the necessary installation kits and tools together with the Site Manager. The role also involves hiring third‑party staff, tracking progress, spotting deviations and risks, and coordinating corrective actions with the Project Director. You will create erection and crane concepts, plan sequencing, carry out constructability reviews, and keep the Project Director informed through regular reports. The ideal candidate brings several years of experience in erecting large industrial plants, with a background in site management, erection planning and cross‑disciplinary projects. Strong market and product insight, the ability to produce high‑level plans from analysis, and commercial judgment are required. Fluency in French and English is essential, while other languages are a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft tools, SAP and PIRS, together with valid SCC and IOSH certificates, is mandatory, as is the capacity to motivate staff and negotiate technically with subcontractors. The role offers a collaborative, international team environment, personal growth via the Inova Academy, and a centrally located workplace with excellent transport links and modern facilities. The position promises a varied field of activity, solid employment conditions and the chance to work on projects that turn waste into valuable resources.
