The main day-to-day responsibilities of the Analyst Site Planning involve developing and maintaining automated reporting solutions to support site planning and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) processes. This includes identifying opportunities to leverage digital tools and AI to streamline processes, generating site planning reports, and leading analyses of key drivers affecting material planning performance. The role also involves executing site material inventory projections, analyzing actuals against projections, and recommending corrective actions. Additionally, the analyst will partner with various teams to ensure the timely release of materials and support daily operational activities. To excel in this role, candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field, along with initial or junior-level production planning experience. Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis, ERP systems, and reporting tools such as SAP, Excel, and Power BI are essential. A basic understanding of planning processes in the pharmaceutical industry is also required. Fluency in English is mandatory, with German at a minimum B1 level being preferred. Strong problem-solving skills, effective stakeholder management, and the ability to work in a cross-functional environment are crucial. The role offers a structured and self-motivated approach to work, with a willingness to support daily operations and contribute as a reliable and flexible team player. Nice-to-have skills include a demonstrated interest or experience in automation, digital tools, data analytics, data engineering, or AI applications in business processes.
