ITSM Training & Development Manager

The ITSM Training & Development Manager will create and run learning initiatives that help Otis' IT service management teams throughout Brazil master ITIL‑based practices. Otis, a worldwide leader in elevator and escalator solutions, relies on this role to boost the competence of its internal IT workforce. Day‑to‑day tasks involve analysing training needs, building curricula and digital learning assets, delivering workshops, and tracking results against service performance indicators. The position demands solid instructional‑design expertise, the ability to work with colleagues across regions, and a proactive approach to fostering cultural change through education. Fluency in both Portuguese and English, strong communication abilities, and a proven record of influencing organisational behaviour are essential.
