Freight Forwarder, Sea Freight (m/f/d) Meyrin

The position of Freight Forwarder – Sea Freight (m/f/d) is based in Meyrin and belongs to DSV Air & Sea AG, a division of the global transport and logistics leader DSV. In this role you will act as the proactive link between internal departments and external service providers, keeping tariff data current and supporting the overall sea‑freight operation. Your everyday tasks will involve posting and approving vendor invoices through Webcost or CW1, calculating gross profit, and assisting the operations team with customer invoicing. You will serve as the primary contact for dispute handling, maintain key‑account tariffs in the autoposting‑costing system, and support local rate updates. When issues arise in the CW1 autorating process you will troubleshoot, escalate to the key user if needed, correct internal billing errors and trigger reposting where required. The ideal candidate has completed a commercial apprenticeship in logistics and international transport and possesses solid functional knowledge of sea freight. Experience working in an international setting is essential, as is fluency in both English and French. Strong planning, organizing and time‑management abilities, together with good communication and a team‑oriented mindset, are required. Familiarity with the autorating processes and proficiency in MS Office, SAP and CW1 are also expected. The role offers a dynamic environment within a successful, performance‑driven team.
