The role of Training Manager at Kanadevia Inova involves developing and delivering comprehensive training solutions for clients operating Waste-to-X (WtX), Renewable Gas (RG), and Power-to-X (PtX) plants. Kanadevia Inova is a global leader in waste infrastructure, focusing on transforming waste into valuable resources like energy, heat, hydrogen, and fertilizer through innovative technology. The main day-to-day responsibilities include managing client training activities from start to finish, ensuring that the agreed scope, schedule, quality standards, and budget are met. This involves developing tailored training concepts and materials, coordinating with various stakeholders, and delivering both classroom and online training. The role also requires approximately three months of international site travel per year. To qualify for this position, candidates must have a degree in mechanical, electrical, or process engineering, or a comparable technical qualification, along with in-depth knowledge of process engineering. Proven experience in plant operation or commissioning, particularly in interdisciplinary projects within a complex international organization, is essential. Strong training and content-development experience, including the ability to create clear learning materials, is also required. Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills are crucial, as is the ability to explain complex technical topics and motivate participants. Nice-to-have skills include proficiency in German, in addition to fluent spoken and written English. Familiarity with MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Visio, is beneficial.
