Senior Lead - Audio Video Technology

The role of Senior Lead - Audio Video Technology is within the Retail and Workplace Technology team, based in Zurich. The company is focused on designing and implementing technology infrastructure across all physical locations, including network, AV, and other hardware. The Senior Lead will be crucial in creating a global Audio Visual (AV) vision and implementing global standards and operational procedures for AV systems across various locations. The main day-to-day responsibilities include designing the overall AV vision and ecosystem, setting global standards for AV hardware and operational management, and creating processes to ensure AV projects are delivered effectively. The role also involves managing the intake of new AV projects, overseeing global costs for AV hardware, and collaborating with various stakeholders, including Construction, Real Estate, Facility Management, and Finance. Additionally, the Senior Lead will work closely with third-party vendors to ensure high service levels and organize AV workshops to align with company-wide AV and digital concepts. To qualify for this role, candidates must have at least 8 years of experience in AV Project Management, with at least 5 years dedicated to delivering global AV solutions. Experience in designing AV ecosystems and managing global, cross-functional stakeholders is essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with a good working knowledge of network infrastructure, are also required. The role demands strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, as well as experience working with third-party vendors and partners. Nice-to-have skills include experience in Real Estate construction, expansion and space programming, and the retail industry.
