As a graduate you will join the Digital Business Transformation / Transformation Office within the Switzerland / COO area, where the team translates strategic priorities into a portfolio of value‑driven transformation projects and supports the Programme Management Office. During the rotations you will help steer the Bank’s change portfolio, analysing strategic initiatives, preparing management reports and creating decision‑making material for senior leaders. You will also coordinate communications for key projects, producing monthly achievement updates, maintaining the project website, keeping the roadmap current and tracking benefits. In addition, you will assist in shaping the Global Target Operating Model, defining future‑state capabilities and aligning them with transformation goals, while delivering high‑quality presentations, structured analyses and executive‑level communications. The role may also involve supporting broader Transformation Office priorities and ad‑hoc strategic projects.
