Administrator in Document Center (New Engines)

The position of Administrator in Document Center (New Engines) is based with a leading engine maintenance, repair and overhaul organization that operates from Zurich and boasts more than nine decades of experience. The company supports a worldwide network of partners and service offices, delivering tailored MRO solutions for aircraft powerplants, airframes and component sales to a client base exceeding five hundred customers. In this role you will be responsible for creating, updating and supplying all paperwork required for engine work carried out in a two‑shift maintenance shop. You will keep a register of every document handed to the shop using the centre’s checklist, verify that the files returned are complete, organise the material for long‑term storage, and maintain the various tracking and hand‑over registers. Assisting new colleagues as they join the Document Center also forms part of the daily routine. The ideal candidate has finished an apprenticeship, vocational schooling or a comparable programme and brings prior experience in administrative tasks. A careful, detail‑oriented approach is essential, as is the ability to operate comfortably in a multicultural setting. Proficiency in English at a B2 level is required, while knowledge of German is considered an advantage.
