Customer Success Operations - Remote

We are hiring a remote Contractor for a Customer Success Operations position at a SaaS‑focused company. The role calls for a professional with solid experience in sales, revenue or customer‑success operations and strong CRM know‑how to improve processes, data quality and reporting. You will set up and maintain CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot, and run revenue tools for quoting, billing, ticketing and project management. Daily work includes refining sales and customer‑success workflows, keeping data accurate across linked platforms, spotting and fixing operational or policy issues, and producing clear documentation, reports and process guides while encouraging system adoption. What the role asks for: - 4+ years experience in Sales, Revenue, or Customer Success Operations - Hands‑on CRM configuration and management - Experience with at least two revenue‑related tools beyond the CRM - Strong operational judgment - Strong problem‑solving skills - Excellent written and verbal communication - Strong understanding of data accuracy, reporting and workflow management
