Real Estate Agent

The Real Estate Agent position is a commission‑only role with a company that supplies daily leads, marketing support, an AI‑driven CRM and funds the RERA licence. Earnings are uncapped, with agents receiving 50 %, 70 % of the agency fee on every deal, paid daily and tax‑free. On a typical day you will assist clients in buying, selling or renting property in Dubai. Your tasks include prospecting new clients, building trust, presenting market options, arranging viewings across the city and closing transactions. The firm provides the No. 1 lead generator on Property Finder, dedicated marketing, and a mentor to help you build a pipeline. The role requires you to be ready to relocate to Dubai within one to three months, or already be based there, and to have roughly six months of savings to cover living costs while you develop your business. A valid driving licence is essential for citywide viewings. The company looks for hunger, discipline and an entrepreneurial mindset, expecting you to treat the desk as your own business and to work the full‑time, on‑site hours needed to generate and close deals. No prior property experience is needed; a two‑week academy will train you from scratch. In return you receive uncapped daily commissions, a two‑week broker training programme led by a UK‑certified trainer, ongoing coaching, AI‑powered CRM tools, premium Property Finder packages and marketing support. The employer also funds the RERA licence, provides an employment visa and private health insurance, and fosters a family‑run culture with regular events and incentives.
