As a Full Stack/All‑round Software Engineer you will collaborate with internal stakeholders to capture their needs and translate them into functional solutions. Your work will span the entire technology stack, from designing and coding database layers in PostgreSQL or Oracle, through building user interfaces with Java‑based Swing, Vaadin, HTML and JavaScript, to integrating external systems via XML or REST APIs. You will also package, deploy and monitor applications in containerised environments, participate in agile sprint cycles, conduct peer code reviews and create automated test suites. The role requires a university degree in software engineering, computer science or a closely related discipline and at least two to three years of professional development experience. A solid command of Java and SQL is essential, together with hands‑on knowledge of a broad set of tools such as HTML/CSS, PHP, Linux, Confluence, Spring Boot, Vaadin (or similar), and relational databases like PostgreSQL. Experience with Docker, Kubernetes and Agile methodologies is also expected, as is the ability to communicate clearly in English; German language skills are considered a plus.
