The role sits within Central Compliance, joining the Investment Controlling and Monitoring & Control teams that safeguard regulatory compliance and oversee investment activities. During the three rotations you will work in Custody Bank Control (Zurich), Fund Control (Madrid) and Monitoring & Control Execution (Zurich). Daily tasks involve supporting oversight of Swiss collective investment schemes, reviewing fund operations and NAV calculations, checking investment guidelines, designing and executing second‑line controls, handling control deficiencies, and preparing analysis for management reporting. The position requires a recent Bachelor's or Master's degree with strong grades in Finance, Economics, Law, Business Information Technology or a related field, plus practical experience from internships or working‑student roles in compliance, risk management, fund services or asset management. Fluency in English and German is mandatory; additional languages are a plus. You should be comfortable with Microsoft Office, have an interest in data analysis, and possess basic knowledge of Python, VBA or SQL.
