The role of Digital Solutions & AI Manager (m/f/d) involves leading the technical delivery of a Swiss digital ecosystem. This involves designing, delivering, and maintaining API-based integrations, monitoring integration points, and maintaining technical and compliance standards. The manager will also lead the Swiss implementation of global releases, support local business requirements, and drive marketing automation and data delivery. Additionally, the role involves managing technical partners, leading AI initiatives, and driving the adoption of AI-powered capabilities. To qualify, candidates must have a university degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a comparable field. They need proven experience in web development, digital solution delivery, or a related area. A background in e-commerce or regulated industries such as FMCG or pharmaceuticals is highly beneficial. Candidates should have demonstrated experience in delivering system integrations, platform enhancements, and releases within a global or multi-market organization. Hands-on experience with front-end delivery, ideally using Builder.io, and a strong working knowledge of databases, SQL, and core eCommerce tooling are essential. Practical experience managing and activating data within Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and a practical understanding of API integration patterns are also required. Additionally, hands-on experience with AI solutions is necessary. Nice-to-have skills include proficiency in German.
