Project Manager Real Estate Development (m/f/d)

The position of Project Manager Real Estate Development (m/f/d) is offered by a fast‑growing developer based in Zug. The role can be filled on a full‑time or part‑time basis and involves leading the creation and delivery of extensive property and neighbourhood projects. Key duties include shaping project concepts, steering the design and construction phases, and acting as the main contractor responsible for overall project control. You will organise and direct all partners, negotiate and sign contracts with architects, builders and technical specialists, and oversee quality, budget and timetable compliance. Regular interaction with authorities, planners, neighbours and other stakeholders is required, as is the preparation of reports, decisions and the hand‑over of projects to marketing, maintenance and operational teams. The ideal candidate holds a completed degree in architecture, civil engineering, project management or a comparable field and brings several years of proven experience in coordinating, planning and executing building projects. A solid grasp of construction standards, legal regulations and procurement law is essential.
