Cross-Product Platform Owner

Crypto Finance Group, a subsidiary of Deutsche Börse Group, delivers professional digital‑asset services to institutional clients through Crypto Finance AG in Switzerland and Crypto Finance (Deutschland) GmbH in Germany. The firm recently obtained a MiCAR licence for the EU and is a SIX‑approved custodian for ETP issuers. As a Cross‑Product Platform Owner you will safeguard the platform’s operational health, continuously refining it with improvements and bug‑fixes while enabling clients to connect their systems via APIs and related integration tools. Your daily work will involve shaping the cross‑product platform strategy and integration roadmap, defining and streamlining workflows that link multiple products, and collaborating with product managers to align technical capabilities with business needs. You will support customers and partners during integration, gather feedback, translate requirements into platform enhancements, and work with engineering to prioritize releases. Additional duties include providing level‑2 support for incidents, acting as business release manager for new software versions, and guiding internal teams on best practices for API usage, workflow design, and accounting‑related processes. The role requires at least five years of experience in positions such as Product Owner, Platform Owner, Business Analyst or Solution Consultant. A solid grasp of APIs, system integration, and interoperability is essential, together with a proven ability to assist customers in technical integrations and to convert business needs into technical solutions. Strong stakeholder communication, analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills are also mandatory. Desirable expertise includes knowledge of accounting principles, ERP systems, Agile product development, workflow automation, front‑to‑back financial flows, operational workflow management, and swift‑based payments.
