The Group Human Resources team in Baar, part of Glencore, is looking for an HR Project Manager. The position sits within the Group HR department and supports the company's talent‑management and organisational‑development agenda across its global operations. In this role you will partner with HR and business partners to align priorities and deliver project outcomes. You will gather and analyse data to generate insights for HR reporting, design and maintain tools for talent processes such as performance reviews and succession planning, and coordinate their execution. Project plans will be created, tracked and kept on schedule and budget, while high‑quality presentations and reports communicate findings to senior stakeholders. You will also drive continuous‑improvement initiatives, facilitate alignment workshops, manage project risks, and support change‑management activities, ensuring new solutions are adopted smoothly. The ideal candidate holds a degree in HR, Business Administration or a related discipline and brings at least five years of experience in management consulting or organisational development, preferably on HR‑focused projects. A proven record of working with a wide range of HR and business stakeholders to scope and deliver outcomes on time is essential. You should have designed and rolled out global organisational‑development frameworks, be adept at structuring complex, ambiguous problems and shaping recommendations, and possess advanced analytical abilities to extract insights from talent and structure data. A history of keeping multiple projects visible, managing risks and priorities, and producing compelling presentations for senior audiences is required, as is experience navigating a large, global organisation and facilitating change‑management for talent initiatives. Beyond the core requirements, the team values strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with Spanish language ability seen as a plus. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and visualisation tools, a keen analytical eye, strategic yet pragmatic thinking, a continuous‑improvement mindset, and a commitment to high‑quality delivery are all desirable. Familiarity with talent‑management and organisational‑development practices will further support success in the role.
