Rust Developer - Remote

A contract Rust Developer role is available on a fully remote basis, joining a client’s engineering group that builds backend infrastructure and collaborates with advanced AI research. The position centers on creating and refining server‑side services that power next‑generation developer tools. Day‑to‑day work involves crafting and fine‑tuning RESTful and GraphQL interfaces that can handle high traffic, implementing rigorous data checks, error management and security safeguards, and overseeing database schema evolution and performance improvements. The developer will also evaluate AI‑driven coding models within the Cursor platform, providing concrete feedback through incident documentation, bug analysis and visual evidence.
