The AI & Data Program Lead - Medium & Low-Speed role involves driving the implementation of AI and data programs within the Medium & Low-speed Division. This includes leading and coordinating AI projects, identifying opportunities for AI integration, and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. The main day-to-day responsibilities include leading the AI project portfolio, acting as the primary contact for AI initiatives, and collaborating with various departments to analyze processes and identify AI opportunities. The role also involves defining and tracking KPIs, supporting change management, and driving the evaluation and selection of AI tools and technologies. Additionally, the lead will shape and develop business cases, manage AI-specific workstreams, and ensure the adoption of AI tools through training and communication. To qualify for this role, candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred. A business degree or MBA is also a plus. At least 3-4 years of business experience, preferably in operations or process design, is required. Familiarity with Machine Learning, Deep Learning/AI Frameworks, and project management methodologies is essential. Strong communication and presentation skills are also necessary.
