(Junior) IT & Sales Controller (m/w/d)

The Junior IT & Sales Controller will play a key role in supporting the management of both national and international IT projects. This position involves creating and refining key performance indicators (KPIs), financial, and management reports for IT and sales. The role also includes assisting with forecasts, budgets, and business analyses, as well as serving as a point of contact for IT, Sales, and Project Management departments regarding business-related inquiries. Additionally, the controller will support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and financial reporting, and will contribute to the optimization and automation of controlling, reporting, and planning processes. The main responsibilities of the Junior IT & Sales Controller include supporting the business management of IT projects, creating and refining reports, assisting with financial forecasts and analyses, and serving as a liaison between different departments. The role also involves preparing financial statements and reports, and optimizing and automating various processes. To qualify for this position, candidates must have a degree in controlling, finance, or accounting, or a comparable qualification. Some practical experience in controlling is required, along with strong analytical skills and a structured approach to work. Proficiency in Excel is essential, and experience with BI tools is a plus. Fluency in German and English is necessary, as the role involves working in international teams. The ability to work on-site in Frauenfeld, take initiative, and be eager to further professional development is also important.
