CLM Manager (H/F)

Edmond de Rothschild, a family‑owned investment house that blends private banking, asset management and a range of corporate finance activities, is looking for a CLM Manager to oversee every phase of the client relationship, from first contact through ongoing reviews. The position sits at the intersection of operations, compliance, front‑office teams, legal and IT, ensuring a smooth and well‑controlled experience for the bank’s international clientele. The daily work involves coordinating the full onboarding journey for both individuals and corporate entities, checking and confirming KYC and KYT documentation, and running due‑diligence checks such as sanctions, PEP and source‑of‑wealth analyses. Regular and event‑driven reviews are carried out to keep records up to date, while any high‑risk cases are escalated to compliance. The role also supports audit and regulatory inspections, contributes to new policy roll‑outs, and works with IT on system upgrades, data‑cleansing projects and user‑acceptance testing. Acting as the main point of contact for bankers and assistants, the manager provides guidance on documentation and runs training sessions on CLM and KYC standards. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, law, economics or a related discipline, complemented by professional credentials such as ACAMS or CAS, or equivalent experience. At least five years of experience in client onboarding, KYC/AML or comparable functions within a Swiss private‑banking environment is required
