The EMEA Field Product Specialist Electrophysiology role at Johnson & Johnson (J&J) Medtech focuses on advancing healthcare technology and providing exceptional clinical support. The main day-to-day responsibilities include driving the clinical adoption and effective use of both existing and emerging technologies across the EMEA region. This involves supporting healthcare professionals, accelerating the introduction of new solutions, and translating marketing strategies into field execution. The role also includes developing and deploying clinical strategies for new products, ensuring their successful adoption, and working closely with key opinion leaders (KOLs) to maximize the use of technologies like the CARTO™ 3 Systems, especially in the AF (Atrial Fibrillation) arena. Additionally, the specialist will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all company guidelines and regulations. To qualify for this role, candidates must have a degree in engineering, life science, or business administration, along with 3-5 years of experience in the Electrophysiology field, preferably with clinical, sales, and marketing experience. Extensive travel across EMEA is required, amounting to approximately 50% of the time. Technical and clinical skills in Electro-Physiology, including a basic clinical understanding and deep product knowledge, are essential. Strong analytical thinking, project management experience, and the ability to manage expectations of internal and external partners are also crucial. Excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with others toward shared goals, are required. Nice-to-have skills include cross-functional collaboration, customer acquisition, customer centricity, customer journey mapping, customer relationship management (CRM), customer retention, customer success management (CSM), data gathering and analysis, leveraging information, organizing, proactive behavior, problem-solving, process improvements, relationship building, sales enablement, sales support, and service excellence.
